The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the training room upstairs at the Seymour Police Department, 205 N. Ewing St.
The agenda includes Justyn Holwadel requesting a variance at 424 Western Pkwy. for the construction of a new garage with a second floor, Brooke and Kim Fleetwood requesting a land use variance at 404 N. Chestnut St. to run an Airbnb and a variance at the same location for the construction of a pool and hot tub and Parkland Inc. requesting a land use variance at 6361 N. County Road 760E to run a recreational vehicle park on the property.
The Fleetwoods and Parkland received favorable recommendations from the Seymour Plan Commission during its meeting Sept. 9. The pool and hot tub request, however, has been added since then.
Also, Joe Hauersperger is requesting variances at 107 and 115 E. Laurel St. to meet the required roof pitch on new manufactured homes, and Bob Woodard is requesting a variance at 1790 Norma’s Way for the construction of a new garage.
